Recovery Lab runs multiple wellness branches, each taking reservations manually — phone calls, paper schedules, and staff juggling availability across locations. Double bookings and missed appointments were costing the business time and trust.
What we built
A multi-branch booking app that transforms manual reservations into a seamless digital experience. Real-time API integration syncs bookings, staff availability, and service tracking with the center's existing management system — so the front desk and the app always agree.
Customers browse services, pick a branch and staff member, add extras like aromatherapy or hot stone therapy, and book in under a minute. Memberships and packages live in the same flow, encouraging repeat visits.
